Why free trial data recovery programs are pointless
Don’t waste your time on a free trial download of a data recovery utility. Almost all of these software programs offering a file recovery tool for free are obsolete and incredibly slow. Plus, once you download the program and invest your time in locating your lost files within, you will then be forced to purchase the recover function of that program at what is usually an artificially high price. A better solution is to purchase outright a software program designed to recover data that includes a 30 day guarantee. The fine print of those other program specifically states that if you purchased that program after the trial download, there are no refunds available.
