When you need to recover files from your PC or external storage device, you are faced with a second challenge beyond recovery of your files. Which program do you choose for the job? Most people look through file recovery software reviews. The only problem with that is that many review sites are completely bogus. They are usually setup as affiliate sites so that when you click on a product and buy it, the review site owner makes a commission. Thus the reviews are often slanted based on which product gives the highest commission. It is usually best to just form your own opinion based on looking at the actual product website of what you are buying.
